Office Coordinator

Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Organize and support meetings, conferences, and office events.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing their workstations.
- Maintain accurate records of office documents and employee files.
- Update and manage office databases.
- Assist HR and Finance with administrative tasks as required.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
