Arcab is a technology-enabled bus aggregator that empowers fleet owners to make more money by increasing the utilization of their vehicles. We are tackling the 250B$ MENA market for moving people and things. We are growing rapidly working with the largest fleet operators in the region with thousands of vehicles in our supply pool. We show fleet operators that you don't need more vehicles to make more money. By sharing the fixed costs of vehicles, we're able to increase revenues for fleet operators, decrease costs for corporations, and provide a great user experience for the end-user. Arcab has received backing and support from global and regional investors and is part of leading accelerators and incubators in the region such as HUB71 (Mubadala, SoftBank, ADGM) and Dubai Future Accelerators (by Dubai Future Foundation).
**About The Job**
We are looking to hire a night-shift Customer Support Representative based in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to passengers, drivers, and our customer base in using our product and other ad-hoc tasks to make the process smoother.
**You Would**
- Manage disputes arising from our passengers and drivers and report promptly to the supervisor
- Professionally handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions timely; follow up to ensure resolution
- Closely work with operations team to stay up-to-date with routes information
- Perform administrative tasks involving service quality audit, market research, and updating driver’s account (credit top-up)
- Build trust and sustainable relationships with customer accounts through interactive communication
- Gather feedback from passengers, drivers, and customers and provide excellent customer service to our customer base
**We’d Love To Meet If You Have**
- Proven customer support client service representative experience
- 1+ years of call center or direct customer-facing experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills, computer skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in oral and written English, and Hindi
- A troubleshooter, an effective listener, ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- An Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- An ability to work collaboratively on complex tasks under pressure.
