**MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL GROUPS & GRADES OF BASE OILS**_

Identify new customers and business opportunities through visits and communication and provide advice to existing customers and ensure their requirement for Base oils.

Principal Accountabilities

Achieve set sales levels of BASE OILS through regular / planned visits to customers and prospects.

Develop base oil business, strive to ensure enhancement of client base, and boost Base Oil sales in order to gradually achieve higher levels of market share.

Evaluate and participate in Base Oil purchase matters in case of shortage to meet client commitments and sales agreements at marginal and competitive price levels

Call on existing and prospective customers to determine their needs and attempt to satisfy these needs through the profitable sale of branded lubricants.

Ensure customers are satisfied with product performance and service. Maintain professional relationships Recommend selling prices.

Make business proposal offers against received inquiries by offering appropriate branded lubricant products and prices. Obtain information from customers on required product / package, estimated consumption, delivery point, competitor’s prices Prepare project survey on proposed investments. Meet customers and discuss their requirements.

Collect monthly outstanding from customers. Ensure that sales are in line with approved credit terms. Receive and verifies invoices and ensures timely delivery to customers. Collect payment, verify amount received against actual outstanding and pass payments to Procurement Analyst. Ensure that payments are within approved credit terms. Prepare sales call reports on customer visits Update Customer Visit database every day. Maintain up to date customer files within central office filling system.

Additional Principal Accountabilities

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
- Proven track record in the sales environment
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred & Post Graduation will be an additional advantage
- UAE Experience in Lubricants industry with a valid driving license will be preferred.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic is an advantage.
- PC literate - knowledge of MS Office software - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- 3-5 years' business to business selling experience - preferably in the lubricants market.

Experience: sales: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
