**eCommerce & Administrative (Arabic Female)**

The eCommerce & Administrative Specialist will manage and support various aspects of our eCommerce operations while also handling essential administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset. You will ensure smooth online sales processes, maintain accurate administrative records, and support day-to-day office functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s eCommerce platforms (e.g., website, online marketplaces).
- Manage product listings, including updates, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Process online orders and handle customer service inquiries related to eCommerce transactions.
- Coordinate the packaging and shipping of online orders.
- Ensure timely delivery and handle any issues related to shipping and delivery.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer information.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to eCommerce performance and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Atleast 2 years experience in the same field

Salary Offer: 4000 AED monthly

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
