**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Process and review financial transactions, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to maintain accurate account balances.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist in the coordination of annual budgeting and planning processes.

Provide support in financial analysis, cost control, and variance analysis.

Monitor and report on financial performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.

Assist with the preparation of financial presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience (2 years) in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a coordination or support capacity.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
