**Procurement Responsibilities**:

- Fully coordinating and lunching of complete supply-chain management system for medical supplies and consumables.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Ensure established inventory standard for all supplies and equipment

**Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily accounting processes
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g., daily, monthly, and quarterly)
- Creates, initiates, and evaluates improvements to better utilize personnel and resources.

**Operations & Administration Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring efficient and high-quality operations and services.
- Supervise and coordinates daily operations At BANOBAGI clinic
- Shares responsibility with the Clinic team to ensure efficient coordination, management of workflow, efficient implementation of new services, protocols, policies and procedures.
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Resolving any authority’s complications and new requirements once known or formalized
- Maintain staff records and working schedules
- Contribute to regular staff meeting
