Channel Sales Support Executive

The role is responsible for sales administration and support for Account Managers. Although they do not sell to customers directly, Channel Support Executives play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy and efficiency of their work.
**KRA & Major Job responsibility Areas**:
1. Collect Stock On Hand (SOH) & Sell
- Out Report twice per month from each partner.
2. Prepare & follow up on recommended Order’s prepared in coordination with Account Manager.
3. Prepare & follow up on new product listings per customer in coordination with Account Manager.
4. Preparation of all customer order related documents and liaising with Finance and logistics department.
5. Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance & Logistics (A to Z) internal and external to ensure packing, documentation and shipment collection/deliveries happens timely and efficiently.
6. Follow up for payments with all clients in coordination with the Account Manager.& Finance.
7. Track Shipments and keep Account Manager informed about all shipment on a regular basis.
8. Prepare Monthly Business Analysis reports in coordination with Account Manager highlighting trends and shortfalls.
9. Prepare weekly Sell in reports by Account and by brand and share with the Account Manager.
10.Prepare weekly Sell out reports by Account and by brand and share with the Account Manager.
11. Prepare Weekly Product listing update report by account by brand and share with the Account Manager.
12. Share Weekly SOH reports by Brand with the Channel for replenishments
**Qualifications**:
1.Proficiency in written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft office and expert in Excel with at least 2 years of work experience.
3. Proficiency in operating Oracle based ERP systems and data analysis with at least 2 years of work experience.
4. Experience in Logistical documentation in the GCC.
**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month
