Our company looking for FEMALE ( Arabic) Secretary

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Calendar Management**:Organize, prioritize, and coordinate the CEO's daily schedule. This includes setting up appointments, ensuring there are no conflicts, and rearranging commitments as necessary. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

**Tasks Management**: plan, prioritize and monitor tasks assigned to all employees, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing timely reminders. Firm diplomatic attitude to follow up is a must.

**Meeting Participation**: Attend high-level meetings, take notes, and provide summaries for the CEO. Offer insights and viewpoints as necessary to assist in decision-making.

**Communication**: Act as a liaison between the CEO and employees, clients, and other stakeholders. Coordinate team meetings, track action, and provide regular status updates to management.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring that the CEO has all necessary information for decision-making, stakeholder meetings, or public appearances.
Any other tasks given by the management
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and/or the company’s management.

Position Requirements

The position holder should have
- Knowledge of MS office
- Working knowledge of internet-based research, search engines and other helpful tools
- Telephone skills and polite communication skills
- 2-4 years of experience as office administrator / secretary / personal assistant in UAE

Skills & Qualifications

The position holder should have
- **Communication skills (written & spoken) in English; and other languages especially Russian**
- Time management skills, Prioritization skills Follow-up skills
- High degree of organization
