**Our client with a global presence is looking for an “ SECONDARY MARKET PROPERTY CONSULTANT - FEMALE. “**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to comprehend their property needs, preferences, and objectives. Supply professional insights on the Secondary property market, including pricing, market trends, and investment prospects.
- Undertake detailed research and analysis of properties within the Secondary market, assessing aspects such as location, property condition, historical sales data, and comparable properties. Furnish clients with accurate property evaluations and market insights.
- Aid clients in listing their properties for sale in the Secondary Market. Create high-quality property listings, inclusive of detailed descriptions, photographs, and virtual tours.
- Support buyers in navigating the Secondary Market, pinpointing properties that meet their criteria, conducting property viewings, and providing advice on property selection. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Actively market properties in the Secondary Market to potential buyers, emphasizing their features, benefits, and investment prospects. Negotiate offers, counter-offers, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage the complete sales process, ensuring all necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal obligations are properly addressed and adhered to. Liaise with relevant parties, such as lawyers, lenders, and inspectors, to enable a smooth transaction. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing post-sales support and guidance.

**Required Qualification and Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is preferable.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector, specializing in Off-plan, with 2 years being recent.
- A track record of closing an average of 1 deal a month and earning an average gross commission of AED 50,000 per month over the last 6 months.
- Extensive understanding of the Secondary property market, including market trends, pricing dynamics, legal requirements, and investment considerations. Familiarity with property valuation methods, financing options, and pertinent regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively communicate complex information to clients. Proficiency in English and Russian is necessary, with Italian or German being an added advantage.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills with a history of achieving successful results.
- Proficient in using property listing platforms, CRM software, and other industry-specific tools. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

**Essential Requirement**:

- Possession of a valid UAE driving license & car.
- A valid visa for at least 30 days from the commencement date.

**Remuneration**:On Commission basis
