Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Property Transactions:

- Actively participate in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties in the secondary market.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information.

Client Engagement:

- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.

Networking:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and other stakeholders in the secondary market.
- Attend networking events and stay updated on industry trends and market changes.

Negotiation and Closing:

- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process, from initial inquiry to closing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Property Consultant with a focus on the secondary market in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in real estate software and digital marketing tools.
- Valid UAE driver's license
