**Job Summary**

Join our dynamic and fast-growing team as a **Property Consultant** in Dubai’s competitive **Secondary Market** In this role, you’ll work closely with both buyers and sellers, offering expert guidance, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. If you have strong communication skills, a deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, and a proven record of closing deals, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain a robust client database by proactively reaching out to potential clients and identifying their needs.
- Conduct thorough market research to attract and engage potential sellers and buyers.
- Provide expert advice to clients on properties, including features, amenities, and potential return on investment.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to secure property sales and rentals.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, valuations, and facilitate negotiations to ensure successful transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns for property listings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, contracts, and interactions within the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
- Act as a landlord representative, advising property owners and assisting them in navigating the property market.
- Advertise available properties across various media channels and promote them effectively.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, including purchase and leasing documents, in compliance with property regulations.
- Conduct property inspections, manage negotiations, and close deals while ensuring proper maintenance of listed properties.

**Job Requirements**
- **At least 1 year of experience in UAE's real-estate industry (mandatory).**:

- **Proven track record of success in secondary real estate sales (mandatory).**:

- RERA certification or RERA knowledge preferred (optional).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
