Are you an experienced real estate professional with a passion for the secondary market? We are seeking a dynamic Property Consultant to join our team in the bustling Business Bay area of Dubai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relations**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the property buying or selling process in the secondary market.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay informed about the latest trends, property values, and market conditions in the secondary real estate market in Dubai.
- **Property Management**: Handle a diverse portfolio of pre-owned property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate deals to secure the best possible terms for clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and market knowledge.
- **Viewings Coordination**: Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing the advantages of secondary market properties.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure all transactions are compliant with Dubai's real estate regulations and manage all related documentation efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the secondary market. Experience in Dubai is a significant advantage.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and understanding client needs.
