- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in staffing or operational requirements.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive uniform tracking system for all staff members.
- Ensure timely distribution of uniforms and track uniform inventory.
- Collaborate with vendors to coordinate uniform orders and replacements as necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
- Handle inquiries and communications related to staff schedules and uniform issues.
- Maintain effective communication channels with staff members regarding schedules and uniform-related matters.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, uniform distribution, and related activities.
- Prepare regular reports on staff attendance, scheduling compliance, and uniform inventory.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on staff scheduling and coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
