The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer complaints and proactively addressing customer queries and requests.

Understanding the company's products and services and providing accurate information to customers.

Coordinating with other departments or team members to resolve complex customer queries and complaints.

Upselling and cross-selling company products and services by identifying customer needs.

Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.

Preparing reports for management on customer issues and complaints, including recommended solutions.

Staying up-to-date with company policies, services, and promotions to ensure accurate communication with customers.

Maintaining a positive, professional attitude at all times and handling difficult or sensitive customer situations with empathy and tact.

Performing other duties as assigned by the customer service manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

2+ years of experience in customer service.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- english, hindi (preferred)
