Provide complete, professional, informative and efficient presentations and services to all prospective clients, while developing strong bonds of loyalty and excellent guest contact skills. This will include Soliciting FIT and group business that enables the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms and food and beverage. Maintenance of updated company profiles in PMS System, face to face interviews with clients, negotiating rates/contracts and closing deals within parameters established by the DOSM. Carry out promotional activity e.g. FAM trips, educational site inspections, mailings and incentives, participate in sales blitzes, workshops as appropriate.
- In coordination with direct sales associates, solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, site inspections and written communication, outside sales calls.
- To be involved in reviewing the daily sales call reports and follow up on the action taken.
- To handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence in coordination with hotel business.
- To follow up within departments and coordinating on any conference, meeting or seminar.
- To maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to Hotel plus all other sales and personnel related matters.
- To continually enhance and improve the efficiency and organization of the department, by design and implementing administrative systems.
- To take responsibility and/or support as appropriate, any departmental projects as directed by the DOSM.
- In case of any group request for banqueting function from the existing suppliers to get involved in pre-convention meetings, training and other sales related meetings as required.
- Communicate and work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers.
- Organization and efficient day to day running of the Sales Office.
- Completing ‘Request for Proposal’ forms from companies requesting rates and detailed hotel information.
- Assist Sales team with weekly competitor checks.
- Ensure full liaison with other members of the Sales Department.
- Strong communication with the key departments for example Sales & Reservations.

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
