**Job Title: TikTok account Operator ( Chinese & English Speaker with** **IT background is a must)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of over a hundred social media accounts across various platforms.
- Utilize and be proficient with relevant social media management tools to streamline account operations.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to enhance account management.
- Foster relationships with clients and collaborate closely to understand their goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Operate the cloud control system (Chinese system)
- Operate all social media accounts ( registration, maintaining, posting etc.)
- Maintaining system (IT background is a must) record all social media accounts performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on handling a high volume of accounts.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and outcomes.
- Certifications in social media marketing or related fields are a plus.

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (required)
