**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Presentations: Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of ERPNext.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that address their business challenges.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and address any concerns.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving monthly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERPNext sales and SaaS.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
