**Your day to day**
Join us as an Executive Sous Chef in InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously an extensive key skills as well as passion and knowledge with International Food & Beverage Concepts and Cuisines. Because, for this vital role, we're looking for someone who can assist to manage the operation of the kitchens including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions to ensure resort quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled. Adhere to international, national and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
**What we need from you**
Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts and seven years of experience as a chef, with at least three years in a managerial capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
