Employee Communication:

- Establish and maintain effective communication channels

Recruitment Process
- Facilitate the smooth resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement

Renewal Process
- expiration of work permit and residence visa to complete the requirements.
- Coordinate with the Direct Manager for a change of salary during renewal.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations Office for renewal of necessary papers

Attendance and Timekeeping:

- Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Address attendance-related issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Leave Management:

- Explain leave policies and procedures, including sick leave, annual leave, and other time-off requests.
- Maintain accurate records

System:

- Requesting and updating request to the system
- Oversee the performance evaluation process
- Sending confirmation letter to the employee after probation period.

Transfer & Promotion Letters
- Prepare and issue transfer and promotion letters

Employee Records Management
- Regularly update and maintain the ZAS Group master list, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Documents Management:

- Manage and process document requests, including salary certificates, employment certificates, and other relevant documents in English
- Maintain documents of employees for ADHICS and ISO purposes

Warning Letters
- Draft and issue warning letters in line with company policies and procedures when necessary.

Employment Change Status
- Handle employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, updating records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Pay: From AED3,200.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
- Renewal of UAE Visa and Labour Card: 2 years (preferred)
- Performance Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Document Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Resignation Process: 2 years (preferred)
- Leave Management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CHRP / CHRM (preferred)
