At Al Khayalah Stationery Tr. we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our operations, including HR. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced HR to join our team and play a key role in managing our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an HR / Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
