Manage the merchandisers & promoters and ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Review the stock levels at customer location and place orders to maintain minimum stock availability with an objective to maximize sales at all times.
- Maintain follow-up with warehouse and logistics to make sure delivery is made on time and in full.
- Maximize the shelf space at the assigned accounts.
- Maintain close monitor over the target achievement and ensure that it is met.
- Monitor the competition activities and report back to office to keep all concerned informed.
- Follow up on the collections to be done on time.
- Oversee the promotions’ implementation and make sure it is executed as per standard.
- Monitor the returns and verifies each transaction of assigned accounts to make sure it is correct and as per company return policy.
- Support the team members whenever possible or requested to in case of sickness or vacation.
- Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
- Provide customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area with information about the company products and services.
- Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
- Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
- Generate reports and analyze sales per category, brand and product to measure performance Vs budget.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
- Ensure that numeric and weighted distribution is maximized at all times.
- Ensure that investments at the key accounts are within the guidelines set for profitability.
- Develop the daily sales reports for management as required.
- Ensure monthly target is achieved in all assigned accounts.

Ensures achievement the KPI’s assigned by his/her direct Managers.
