**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Operations and General Manager(s), the role of administrator provides support to the management, our team, and the projects which we deliver.

This is a role, coordinates administration and operations associated with the client and project delivery lifecycle. This includes accurate and swift administration of project data and requirements, as well as management of data entry, and basic bookkeeping.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the management team - data entry, filing, scanning, printing;
- Accounts based data entry - bookkeeping, payments, issuance of PO’s, input of bills and expenses as necessary.
- Coordinate cash reimbursements and petty cash, fully reconcile on the 15th and 30th of each month;
- Prepare documentation required for live projects accreditation and access under the supervision of the Operations Manager;
- Attend meetings and take notes as required;
- Maintain, collate, and update documentation including; Set up job folder and project documentation - under supervision of the Operations & Project Manager(s). Facilitate the onboarding and continual documentation management of suppliers and freelancers; o Maintain online & hardcopy project filing system;
- Coordinate the booking of project resources (freelancers, crew, trucks)
- Coordinate travel requirements for upcoming projects, project delivery team, and freelancers;
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse and office - consumable stock levels, oversight of cleaning, waste remove, and restocking pantry;
- Coordinate any HR/PRO requirements for new staff with oversight from the GM
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage staff calendars;
- Support client contracting process;
- Create and manage company templates and documents;
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient computer skills - experienced in the use of Office365 suite
- Outstanding communication
- Ability to work effectively with and relate to individuals across all levels and cultures
- Ability to make decisions and provide justifications
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
