The Front Office Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily Front Office operations, managing Front Office team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department
- Supervise and support Front Office team, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest comments are investigated and reply back to guest accordingly
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Front Office team
- Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up
- To effectively handle all guest complaints concerning the Front Office in co-ordination with the Front Office Manager, taking corrective action to prevent recurrence and convert the guest into a repeat customer
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
