Vice President, Product Management - Product & Security Leadership, Cyber & Intelligence

The Cyber & Intelligence business (C&I) leads Mastercard’s efforts to develop cutting-edge technology and solutions that help advance trust in the digital ecosystem, and provides strategic and cutting-edge safety, security, identity, authentication, risk mitigation and fraud solutions to Mastercard's customers and cardholders across the globe.

The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Product Engagement & Experience and will be responsible for developing strategies that help raise awareness and understanding of Mastercard’s cyber and intelligence products and solutions with key global stakeholder and industry groups.

The role will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and responsibilities will include:

- Developing strategies to drive greater awareness of and preference for Mastercard’s industry leading portfolio of cyber and intelligence products
- Leveraging C&I’s connected intelligence insights, creating global engagement platforms to enhance discussions with key stakeholder groups
- Building a future-forward view of global trends impacting digital trust, with an emphasis on emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, quantum computing, Web3 and IoT
- Deliver sustainable impact by driving a program of continued customer research and industry intelligence

All About You
- 15 years previous experience in the field of tech, consulting and/or business intelligence
- Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit with desire to work in fast-paced, environment
- Ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines
- Ability to demonstrate program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments
- Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Ability to work in new, cross-functional environments
- Ability to manage small teams (e.g., research teams, product management and strategy specialists, agencies, etc) and work with these teams in an agile way
- Strong customer-focused mindset
- Sound problem-solver who can quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
- Highly collaborative
- Curious, willing to push themselves and want to learn
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English - both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to travel internationally
