Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 AED per month

Our Client, a prominent real estate developer specialising in high-end residential and hospitality projects across the Middle East, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Procurement to join their prestigious team based in Dubai.

As the Vice President of Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our client's projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness in the procurement process. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving innovation and efficiency within the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet the company's objectives and support its growth in the real estate sector.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, pricing, and quality for goods and services.
- Implement robust procurement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide strategic advice on procurement matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Vice President of Procurement or a similar leadership role within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering procurement strategies and driving cost savings without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Additional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the Middle East region, particularly in Dubai, would be advantageous.
