We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Hotel Operations at Atlantis The Royal. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel and providing high-level support to the Vice President.

**About You**

As an Executive Assistant to the VP of Hotel Operations, you should be highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. You should excel in managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion. Have strong communication skills and effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Administrative Expertise, strong knowledge and use of MS office. 2+ years experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant. Additional languages are desirable
