Export Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Regularly communicate with export customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers based on their requirements.
- Process and manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from customers.
- Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Handle all export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage sales contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support and customer relations.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
