**Job Overview**:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals with **a strong IT background** to join our team as **Key Account Managers (Females Only)**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the UAE, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills in English, and a proven track record of closing deals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the UAE market and business environment is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
