**LOCATION**:Dubai, UAE

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**:Brand Deployment Manager MEC

**Geographic Scope**:Middle East Cluster

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Plan, Implement and evaluate the activities stipulated in the cycle plan, in line with the market, strategy regulation and IMP, to ensure that business objectives are achieved
- Recommend touchpoints for the execution of the activities. Ensure markets have the right level of merchandising materials in stock.
- Timely briefing to the creative agency on developing relevant touchpoints while consulting with the relevant CAT Team.
- Drive implementation of Customer engagement programmes; ensure programmes meet objectives & are evaluated for learnings.
- Constant monitoring & tracking of BSE to ensure activities are within budget..
- Monitor all other resources allocated to implement cycle plan to ensure efficiency in execution.
- Ensure that all projects are properly aligned and presented in relevant EMF forums.
- Engage and manage relationships of external agencies and global suppliers.
- Perform market visits to gain an insight into brand performance, trade & consumer activities performance and new POSM Materials requirements / opportunities

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration with work experience of 2-3 years in Brand/Trade Marketing
- Project Management skills is a must enabling multi-category management (NC & FMC).
- Demonstrate an interest in trade, consumer insights, campaign development and execution.
- Ability to operate in rapidly evolving environment with quick turn around and stretched timeline.
- Basic understanding of Agency scope and management of creative assets to meet business objectives.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills to embrace challenging situations.
