Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in planning and executing various events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate events, and social gatherings.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are in place, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, decorations, and transportation.

Prepare and manage event budgets, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and making cost-effective decisions.

Coordinate event registration, attendee management, and RSVPs to ensure accurate headcounts and seating arrangements.

Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring all activities are properly sequenced and coordinated.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event promotional materials, including invitations, posters, and social media content.

Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly utilized.

Liaise with speakers, presenters, and performers to coordinate their participation and ensure they have the necessary resources and support.

Handle on-site event management, including troubleshooting issues, managing registration desks, and providing assistance to attendees.

Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain a comprehensive record of all event-related information, including contracts, invoices, and attendee databases.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in event coordination or related roles, demonstrating the ability to successfully plan and execute events.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all event-related tasks and documentation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.

Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by event schedules.

A bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Note: This is a temporary position with a specific duration, typically ranging from a few weeks to several months, depending on the nature and scope of the events being coordinated.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
