**Human Resource Manager**
**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Play a key role in recruitment activities, managing the end-to-end process to attract and retain top talent.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
- Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a senior HR role for at least 5 years.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is highly desirable.
