**Job Summary**:
As an HR Supervisor with e-commerce experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing various human resources activities to support our company's growth and employee well-being. You will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, providing guidance to the HR team, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your experience in the e-commerce industry will be essential in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities that our business faces.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and supervise the HR team in executing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off-boarding.

Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs, organizational goals, and workforce planning.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the competitive e-commerce market.

Utilize your e-commerce industry knowledge to assess and address specific HR needs related to remote work, digital tools, and evolving workforce trends.

Ensure compliance in labor laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies and procedures.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.

Maintain and enhance the company's compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the e-commerce industry.

Oversee employee training and development initiatives, aligning them with career growth

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address potential issues, and propose improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, considering the unique challenges of remote and hybrid work setups.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to ensure the HR department's strategies remain innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:
Arabic speaker

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

[5-6] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [3] years in a supervisory or leadership role within the e-commerce industry.

Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, market dynamics, and related HR challenges.

Proficient knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the e-commerce sector.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Ability to adapt to changes quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.

Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant HR technologies.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving departmental and organizational objectives.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
