Are you ready to exert your customer, shopper and business insights to bring us competitive advantages and maximised profitability? If so, you could become our new Category Customer Shopper Marketing (CCSM) Manager for our UAE markets. In this challenging job you will work out of our Sharjah office in and you will report to our Head of CCSM -Cheese, UOQ.
As the new CCSM Manager, you will be tailoring our regional Category Strategies and plans thanks to superior shopper and trade insights and perfect execution of category plans across the channels. In doing so you will be the “voice of the customer and shopper”, own the shopper understanding agenda to support mutual growth for Arla and retailers and lead on local initiatives providing the toolkits & frameworks for markets to adapt and execute strategies across categories, channels and customers.
You will be responsible for:
- **Integrated Business Planning**: You will be the Voice of the category(s) in the market for the Regional team and key contributor to the overall development of IBP within the local market
- **Lead the Category**: You will be the category experts to the organization, generating and using insights from EPOS, Nielsen, home panel and tracking tools. You will adapt the channel strategies from the Reg. CCSM from a market lens (e.g. MT vs. TT focused markets) and set guidelines to the broader org. such as the sales teams for deployment. You will oversee the timely and flawless execution of the Category Segmentation based on the Category strategies. In doing so you will be set guidelines on assortment, pricing, promotions and shelving to Sales, strongly follow up & be ac-countable for execution of the initiatives
- **Deliver Catman projects**: You will be leading on key customer specific Category Management initiatives that drive value for the Retailer, the Shopper and Arla. You own, drive & ensure flawless execution of Perfect Store initiatives in collaboration with the sales team and the Regional CCSM.
- **Shopper expert**: Being shopper expert of the Category(s) both for Arla teams and Retail partners (continuous shopper observations), you will be responsible for the development and reporting of compelling insights from multiple sources (shop-per, customer, market, retailer, financial) and driving recommendations with the support of Cate-gory Intelligence Manager.
You should have full operational working knowledge of category & shopper vision & strategy, category insights into action, route to market and channel, customer planning, promotion, management and passionate selling with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You have strong analytics on different data like Nielsen, EPOS, Kantar and category management experience and have implemented key category management initiatives with customers. You have a good commercial acumen, strategic thinker but passionate about getting into details, process thinker and experienced in optimizing existing processes and creating new ones and strong in stakeholder management.
