**Position Overview**:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within your assigned region. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and enhancing the MG Activewear brand presence in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Manage sales budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the MG Activewear brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the activewear or apparel industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
