Customer Service Manager

Decision Management Consultants is hiring '**Customer Service Manager - Supply Chain**' for one of our client.
Location: Dubai, UAE
**Key responsibilities**:
- Regular coordination with planning/production teams for timely delivery of orders as per customer requirements.
- Responsible for the dispatch/documentation to a wide range of customers.
- Point of contact between Finance, Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Q.C. departments for a cohesive flow of orders
- Ensure Delivery of orders by complying with the export country requirements such as Inspection, Certificate of Conformity, BSC certificate, CNCA certificate, and container/truck placement in coordination with shipping lines/ agent and warehouse.
- Liaising with banks to ensure the LC documents.
**Requirements**:
- Education: MBA / Graduate with additional qualification in Logistics.
- Experience: 8-10 yrs in “Customer Service” to support logistics and order management.
- Good team player and leader.
- Excellent in relationship management.
- Must have worked for Food manufacturer and distributor.
