**Job Summary**:
**What You'll Do**:

- **Product Management**: Assist in managing product listings, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **New Product Development**: Taking ownership of our private label in-house new product development efforts as well as curating NPD initiatives within our represented brands exclusive to the channel.
- **Market Research**: Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends, new product launches, and competitor strategies.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, manage inventory levels, and address any quality issues.
- **Forecasting and Demand Planning**: Planning purchases in line with forecasted sales.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by preparing product presentations, samples, and promotional materials.
- **Data Analysis**: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Develop and implement promotional strategies for product categories.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries related to products, providing detailed and accurate information.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on category performance, inventory levels, and market trends for management review.

**Who You Should Be**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in category management, retail, or a related field, preferably in personal care, fragrance, or cosmetics or in another travel retail/duty free category.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Having worked with an ERP like Odoo is good.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
- **Other Requirements**: Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier meetings and trade shows.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai, UA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- duty free: 3 years (preferred)
- Category management: 3 years (required)
