Software Sales Executive

**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for ERP software solutions.
- Identify potential clients, industries, and markets that align with the company's offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Execute a consultative sales approach, addressing client needs and recommending tailored ERP solutions.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business objectives and pain points to position ERP solutions effectively.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the benefits of ERP systems.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
**Pipeline Development**:
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Qualify leads and opportunities, ensuring they align with the company's target market and solution capabilities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
**Solution Customization**:
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and tailor ERP solutions to meet their needs.
- Translate technical features into business value propositions to effectively communicate solution benefits.
**Negotiation and Closing**:
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development in collaboration with sales management.
- Overcome objections and barriers to close deals while maintaining a win-win approach.
**Post-Sales Support**:
- Ensure a smooth transition of clients to the implementation and customer success teams.
- Maintain post-sales relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in software sales, with a focus on ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP software solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
