Work with our suppliers (security/caterer/ cleaning company / transportation and rent car to improve their services to insure they are aligning with our rules & regulations to keep our premises in safe.

**What You Will Do**
- **Office Management including front office.**:

- **Purchase requisition requests for Admin Department**:

- **Event Organizer**:

- **Administration Support for Employees**:

- **Data Management**

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Additional education or certification in office Administration, Customer service is a plus

Excellent communication (English/Arabic) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.
Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
Customer oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
