Identifying where training is required and preparing the appropriate programme for getting the best results and productivity
- Using training methods like audiovisual aids, classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing or equipment such as computers to train the employees
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program when the training sessions are complete to ensure that the desired results are being achieved

Skills required:

- Strong communication skills are very important to impart training
- They must have good interpersonal and verbal skills and must have be approachable
- Knowledge about the work field and keeping in touch with the new developments in area of expertise is necessary to formulate training programmes

Education & Qualification:

- There is not specific degree for a job like this but most have at least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, literature, human resources, management or computers
- Knowledge of computer is essential to prepare programs and give presentations
- Experience as public speakers, teachers and broadcasters also helps
