Leasing Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lease Management**:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records, including lease expirations, rent increases, and lease renewals.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leasing inquiries and tenant requests.
- **Tenant Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for prospective and current tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Coordinate with property management to ensure tenants’ needs are met and property standards are maintained.
- Assist in organizing tenant welcome packages and orientation processes.
- **Leasing Activity Coordination**:
- Assist with property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and answering basic leasing-related questions.
- Maintain an active role in marketing available units, including listing properties on online platforms and working with leasing agents.
- Help coordinate open house events and leasing promotional activities.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the leasing department, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and preparing leasing documents.
- Assist in compiling leasing reports, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining leasing records in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct basic market research to stay updated on local rental market trends, pricing, and competitor properties.
- Provide input on leasing strategies based on market analysis and tenant feedback.
- **Collaboration & Learning**:
- Collaborate closely with the property management and legal teams to ensure seamless coordination of leasing activities.
- Eagerly participate in training sessions, workshops, and learning opportunities to develop knowledge in leasing and property management.
- Assist in problem-solving, learning from senior team members and growing in the role through hands-on experience.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A dynamic, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the leasing/property management field.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus but not required.
