Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- **Coordinate Training Programs**: Organize training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary contact for trainers and participants, providing necessary support and resolving issues.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential training records and databases.
- **Scheduling**: Develop and manage training schedules and calendars.
- **Materials Development**: Assist in creating training materials and resources.
- **Evaluation**: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle administrative tasks related to training programs, such as tracking attendance and collecting feedback.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- **Sector Experience**: Experience in the education or training sector.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
