Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing various HR related reports, presentations as required by management related to HR activities & incentive analysis.
- Supporting in creating & updating employee profiles on HRMS periodically.
- Preparing Holiday Chart.
- Managing & controlling various functions like recruitment, employee management, leave management (Attendance system), performance management, etc.
- Create and update employee master file in payroll to ensure updated employee records are stored in HRIS.
- Manage employee time & attendance, OT calculation and leave records through payroll for the purpose of record
- keeping and preparation of monthly payroll.
- Interpreting and clarifying the companies HR policies & practices.
- Performance evaluation for the staff in coordination with Departmental Heads &Higher Management.
- Executing Promotions/Demotions/Transfers based on performance evaluation.
- Manage separation & prepare End of Service of leaving staffs and ensure final dues are paid intime.
- Maintain employee personal files; identify absconding cases on lar basis, handling passport transactions, sending out internal announcements and handling various day-to-day HR f ns & responsibilities

**Requirements**:
Immediate Joiner

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

The ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in written and oral English & Arabic languages.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
