Joinery Sales & Business Development Executive

Valid UAE driving license.

To have knowledge of interior fitout works like civil, Joinery, Gypsum, Carpentry, Painting, Lighting and etc work.

To have good communication with Consultant and Contracting Company.

Attend Meeting with Clients / Consultants/ Contractors, etc and maintain relationship to generate new sale leads and convert them to projects.

If needed, the necessary Quotations to Customer Requirements and to do regular follow up.

Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving set targets.

Able to make routine visits such as sites/offices & properties to get deals.

To setup and attend management meeting with the potential clients.

Develop sales strategy “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (outdoor sales, cold calling, presentations etc).

Achieve sales targets

Maintain client database and records for folow up

Daily work report to the Team Manager for Assistance & Guidance

To be considered for shortlisting you must have the following:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Fit-Out / Joinery / Interiors industry

A proven track record of winning Fit-Out and Joinery contracts

An active database of genuine live “contacts”

Must be currently located in the UAE and for a minimum of 0-3 years

Valid UAE driving license is a must.

YOU WILL GET ATTRACTIVE SALARY(3000 to 5000 NEGOTIABLE ) + COMMISSION
