**Summary**:
Business Development Lead is a strategic role within a company responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clints or partners, and creating strategies to expand the business’s reach and revenue streams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic initiative to expand the company’s business reach.
- Identify potential clints and establish strong relationships to drive business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to alignment and successful implementation of business development strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities and adjust strategic as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to Capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress to senior management.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field - MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business Development
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Identify potential clints and establish strong relationships to drive business development
- MS office and Proficient in CRM software
- Immediate joining is preferred

**Experience**:
