**Responisbilities**:

- Supervising and leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Handling escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Providing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ensuring compliance with RTA regulations and policies related to vehicle registration services.
- Generating reports on customer service metrics and performance to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments within Aber and the RTA to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of RTA regulations and procedures related to vehicle registration services.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.

Given that Aber Vehicle Registration operates, familiarity with RTA regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, would be essential for success in this role. Additionally, being fluent in Arabic and English would likely be required to effectively communicate with customers and staff.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
