**Facility Admin Scope of Work**
**1. **Permit Application**
**2. **Data Entry**
- Update asset details during the tagging phase.
- Logging snag list during data collection phase.
- Timesheet data entry monthly.
- Compiling monthly liquidations received from Supervisors.
**3. **Follow AMC Schedules**
- Follow schedules with fire system contractor for 42 locations
(Shops / Accom / Warehouse)/.
- Follow Company's PPM team schedule for all locations.
**4. **HO dept coordination**
- Monitoring daily attendance of the team to be submitted every 15th and 30th of the month
- Hassantuk and 24x7 payment updates with PR.
**5. **Accounting / Purchasing Works**
- Prepare quotation, LPO
- Raise requisitions, inquiries and liaise with relevant suppliers
- Maintain business contact database
- Manage meeting with the clients, documents, minutes, action and follow ups as required
- Overseeing the delivery of materials and ensure specifications and requirement are met
- Prepares monthly liquidation of maintenance budget
**6. **Maintenance Request/ Complains**
- All Dubai locations
- Schedule team to address requests
**7. **Daily Coordination**
- Daily coordination with supervisors on permit update and contractor task
- Follow the pest control schedule and coordinate with our team and branches
- Follow the daily progress of team
**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
