As a Technical/Maintenance Admin you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the maintenance department by overseeing various tasks including procurement, scheduling, coordination with third-party contractors, and maintaining records.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Job description:
- Receives client calls/complaints/requests
- Coordinates and dispatches field technicians to clients
- Receives and uploads service reports from technicians to ERP system
- Sets maintenance appointments and generates maintenance schedules
- Tracks field personnel location for ease of callback response times
- Generates repair proposals (based on technician and warehouse personnel feedback on cost and spares availability)
**Requirements**:
- 2 years experience in technical/maintenance or other related field is a must.
- Preferably Female **(Philippines)**:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical/Maintenance Admin: 2 years (preferred)
