Executive Secretary to The Chairman

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Secretary to provide exceptional administrative support to our Chairman.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman, managing and prioritizing correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Chairman
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and compile minutes.
- Oversee the Chairman's office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information or redirecting as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and other executives, staff, and clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS office.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Previous experience supporting high-level executives is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
