**Role Description**

The operations coordinator will be responsible for managing day
- to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide assistance to the clients regarding civil defense document submission.
- Process documentation and prepare reports
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Skills Required**:

- Dynamic & self motivated
- Good written & oral command of the English language is a must.
- Excellent in Microsoft office products
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
- Can quickly adapt to a new environment.
- Willing to be trained and acquire knowledge in less time.
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.

Language : Preferred (English, Hindi, Malayalam)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
