**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for the family, ensuring a variety of healthy and balanced dishes.
- Develop customized menus that focus on nutrition, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Accurately count and manage calorie intake based on individual family members’ dietary needs and goals.
- Source and purchase groceries, ensuring all products are fresh and meet health standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Cater to specific dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, low-carb).
- Innovate and experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques to keep meals exciting and enjoyable.
- Collaborate with nutritionists or dietitians as needed to design and implement specialized meal plans.
- Prepare meals for special occasions and events, providing exceptional culinary experiences.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure all cooking equipment is well-maintained.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a VIP household or luxury hospitality environment.
- Expertise in healthy cooking, nutrition, and calorie counting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, with a focus on healthy and balanced meals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
